Utilities & Bills 

- WiFi and included in the rent.
- Gas is included in the rent.
- Electricity: I pay an average of $60 every other month for electricity, which will be included in the current agreed rent. Any amount over $60 will be the responsibility of the Sublessee. 

Furnishings & Belongings 

- The Sublessee may use items left in the kitchen, taking care of appliances, knives, and pans (especially non-stick ones).
- The Sublessee agrees to keep note of any accidental breakages for the Sublessor's records.

Drugs/Smoking

Please, no drugs, smoking, or vaping anywhere inside the apartment.

Guests

To maintain a respectful and comfortable environment, guests are welcome to come over, but overnight guests and sleepovers are prohibited. To maintain cleanliness and respect for personal property, please refrain from using the bed for activities beyond sleeping. 

Pets

No pets are allowed, but please discuss this with me if this is a service animal.

Noise

Quiet hours in the building are from 10PM–8AM! You don’t need to be dead silent; just try to keep noise to a minimum.
